Flying into to HOU from BZE and then into ATL. Lay over is 1.5 hours. Opinions on if this is enough time to get checked baggage, go through customs, and then recheck bags and board plane? This is my first international flight that isn’t nonstop. I do not want to miss my flight. I have the MPC app.

Southwest would not let people book the flight if SW didn't think there's enough time to clear customs.

What's MPC?
That would be enough for an airport like HOU where it's almost all Southwest flights, you'll easily be able to get back to the domestic gates.
I've forgotten if there is a dedicated security screening for re-entry to the airport or if you go back to the main TSA checkpoint.
Global Entry might help as well if you have it.

Mobile Passport Control

For those without Global Entry, this is the next best option to get through a CBP Border Inspection Station at participating airports. I'm aware that HOU participates:
