You should be able to try this to verify flight status or to try to change or cancel the flight

I was on hold for 3 hours on the phone, in a 5 hour line at the airport that turned into a 10 hour line. Someone answered. Rebooked me for Thursday and now got a text message that flight is cancelled. The gal, Andrea was the absolute sweetest. She helped other people in my party as well. But what is happening is horrible. Other airlines are pricing gouging. I had a guy behind in line for his second day in a row, for a hotel voucher. The amount of money this is costing people in rental cars, hotels, etc. it’s a nightmare. Phone lines are now completely down today and if you go to the airport, I’m in SAT. The line was over 10 hours long and one person helping. One!!

Absolute dumpster fire. At least your airport is giving hotel vouchers? I was flat out refused at DTW they blamed it on the weather.

You can request reimbursement for reasonable expenses, just keep all receipts
