I have been trying for 4 months now to get my Mexican tourism taxes refunded since I have residency and so far they've only refunded two and not even in the order that I took my flights. This is absolutely been a joke with this company. They have all my correct information and everything they just keep sending me emails back saying they're escalating my email to someone else.

File a lawsuit in Small Claims Court. Let them come to you.

The problem is I'm in Mexico right now I'm not in the US.

I have never had a problem before getting the refunds... but I can't figure out how to submit my latest flights ?? Did you send an email??
