Hello, I was curious if Southwest offers any apprenticeship opportunities for aircraft maintenance technicians. I am currently in school for my A&P and had the thought after seeing the requirement of at least two years of experience with aircraft of 12,500lbs or more (currently exploring future opportunities for when I become an AMT). So, just wondering if there is a carrier pathway maybe similar to the Destination 225 program. Thank you!
