Howdy!
I had a question on probationary period rules and came here hopeful to find an advice! Reading through other posts, I am confident I have come to the right place!
I am hesitant to apply for a position due to my current understanding of the probationary period.... but the right position in the right place just popped up!
My daughter is getting married this summer, and I certainly do not want to miss the big day for her. At the same time, I am super loyal, and do not want to get off on the wrong foot with the SW leadership - in the event I was lucky enough to be chosen to interview/join the team....
Is time off for a daughters wedding something that could get in the way of a probationary period for a new hire?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

They will do their best to try to help you make that wedding and if you get hired you can always ask someone to trade shifts with you.
