Server problem

Good morning I understand that a lot of people applies to be a SWA FA, but what I cant understand as to why the servers stay down. I have been up since midnight refreshing my screen every 30 minutes to an hour. Then when the window opens I can’t get in to anything. My profile is up to date and My resume is on file. But how long does the window stay open? The server kicked me all the way out and I can’t even log back in. PLEASE HELP!!!
