Spring 2025 Internship Question

On the Southwest Careers page, two of the internships listed (Sales Analytics and Sales Operations) have identical job descriptions. Is there any difference between these two roles?

Thanks so much for reaching out. Apologies for the confusion there - there was an error with these two Internship postings, and our Team is working to correct the descriptions now! They are two different roles, and you should be able to see the differences between them soon.

I'm not sure about spring 2025 but typically they have 2 sets of internships which is Winter internships and Summer internships. I've seen Spring 2025 internships but they're usually rare as it's mostly winter and summer like I mentioned. However if you plan to apply for winter 2025, it depends on your major. I'm an accounting major and for accounting, winter 2025 internships I believe should be now full and the application open dates started in January 2024, interviews started in January - February, interviews and applications closed at around late February - March (sometimes they close at March or even April if many people flunked their interviews or rejected the offer in February).
