2022 Christmas points STILL missing

Have called SW 12 times for an update on why I still…. nearly 5 months later have not received my 25,000 per ticketed customer. Never any update when calling - am told my case is still in Q, told it will be sorted in a few days and of course it is not, told SW responds better to OL injuries (have submitted several), told they are sorting cases and getting rid of duplicates, told there is nothing to do other than to be patient and have even had my case closed at one point… only to find that out on my next follow up call for status.

Missed celebrating my first baby’s first Christmas with my family, a moment that we can never get back. Will I get points by her first birthday nearly 6 months later? I’m afraid I’m going through all this trouble to get points I’ll never use as I am genuinely questioning my loyalty to this company.

Others have said they had success with this type of problem by dealing with Southwest via twitter.

 

Why don't you try that.
