I am planning on purchasing this charger for travelling to San Diego in October, and I can't tell if this exceeds the battery policy, and if anyone has reccomendations if so? It needs to last a full day of being out and about. This is the Product Link:

TSA places a limit of 100 watt hours or less for lithium ion batteries. This should be fine.

Just make sure it is in your carry on. You can bring a pretty hefty battery, the allowance is more than it seems. And it also seems to allow bringing two smaller batteries, the limit isn't cumulative.
