Can you tell me if a spouse qualifies for military luggage during a pcs, if the soldier is not flying with?
For an example, I have an oversized bag and we are pcsing, but my husband drove out ahead of us. I have a copy of his orders.

You'll want to contact Southwest directly and ask this question. The policy does not specify if a spouse is eligible for the free additional baggage.
