Power bank question

Explorer C

Hi, I got this power bank for our trip to Mexico. I want to make sure I can bring it before I get there and have to throw it out. Can anyone let me know if it's able to be brought? It's a really nice one so if so I definitely recommend it. 🙂 Power-Bank-Portable-Charger - 40000mAh Power Bank QC 4.0 and PD 30W Quick Charging Built...

Lithium-ion (rechargeable) batteries and portable batteries that contain lithium-ion can only be packed in carry-on baggage. They're limited to a rating of 100 watt hours (Wh) per battery. With airline approval, you can bring two larger spare batteries (up to 160 Wh).

Since you are buying a product from Amazon, you canbe pretty sure itnis fine.
