Has anyone had a Southwest gift card pin # completely scratch off and so that it's unreadable? What can be done to get the value of the gift card when this happens?

Was your message answered? It did happen to me and I don't know what to do because the gift card was purchased on a store and not through Southwest. Please advise.

I'd suggest that you contact customer relations. You have the card and SW.
should be able to read it to get the value.

I called Southwest and Rep did not help with my issue. I just don't understand that if funds are still available, why can't they issue another gift card.

Did you talk with someone in customer relations see link in my first response?
I'd suggest using the e-mail option.
Be sure to say:
1) My card is not useable because the pin is unreadable
2) I have the card
3) How can I turn in the bad card and get a replacement
