I just got cancelled on my flight. try to rebook with my flight credit. unable to use it because I make an error when I create an account. I can't afford to buy the ticket except my flight credit. trying to call and message to southwest without success. I just need my name fix on the account so I can buy a ticket to go home. Very frustrating. Any advise?

Can you not just use the "incorrect" name to book the ticket, using the credit? Don't put your RR account number on the reservation.

Be sure the name on the reservation matches the name on the id or you will have TSA issues
