retrieving a ticket number from a past reservation receipt

Hello folks,

does anyone know of a way to get access to a ticket number from a past flight? I've actually been able to see this information on Manage Trips/Past Flights but only sometimes. So I'm wondering if anyone has a consistent way to get this unfo without calling customer service. Thanks!

You could do a search of your email.  Put Southwest Airlines in your search box and all your flights should come up, if you did not delete them.
