“Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” receive significant public attention these days, but this is nothing new for Southwest Airlines. Southwest’s Story of Inclusion is founded on access, unity, and acceptance. We’re committed to our diversity journey, we value equity among our Employees, and we drive for an inclusive workplace and business. We’ve now put in writing what diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) means at Southwest and our commitment to each and every Employee and Customer. Mr. Suarez

Each my husband, myself and family members fly SW 50+ times a year.  We utilize our

SW Visa card to the tune of $20,000+ each year.  I absolutely love SW and feel the

employees 20+ years ago and today are the same genuine fun people I would want

to have a beer with.

This is my question:::WILL THE INCORPORATION OF "DEI' LOWER THE STANDARDS,

AND EXPECTATIONS FOR PILOTS, AND PILOT TRAINING?  WILL SW IMMULATE THE

SAME LACKADASICAL STANDARDS AS THE US TRANSPORTATION SECRETARY?

You see safety if our primary concern.
