The Airport Authority surprised our very own Customer Service Supervisor Chris Alioto this morning.  Chris was recognized by Columbus Regional Airport Authority for Outstanding Customer Service in helping a passenger whose keys had been left in a rental car.  He was presented with a plaque, certificate, and his very own balloons.

We congratulate Chris on his award and thank him for proving what we knew all along: that Southwest Employees know how to give Outstanding Customer Service.

I was recently on a return Flight flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta,  Flight 2055. I had left my ipad on the flight, flight attendant Robin, located the ipad, & called me to let me know! I was of course, already home, so she took it to the front desk of Southwest, where I was able to retrieve it the very nexy day. She was so polite on the phone, & I was so grateful to her for finding my ipad. It could of ended up, who knows where! That is customer service, she took the time to call me several times, & then walk my ipad to the front of the airport. She is an exceptal person for her efforts, I will always remember my experience with her. She deserves recogniztion for her efforts. Robin, thank you very much!!!
