I am unable to find the policies regarding service animals in training while on flights. I am training a guide dog through a regional organization and will be traveling at least once with him over the next 12 months.

Solution
Unfortunately, Southwest does not allow service animals in training. Southwest only allows fully trained service animals onboard.

I guess that means Southwest has lost my business. Untrained ESA's are allowed on board but not service animals in training... I'm at a loss for words.
