Last year...I seemed to have a problem and Southwest sent out a new booklet. Again this year I have not recieved them. I reached out to Southwest on Twitter and they told me to reach out to Chase. Chase told me drink coupons are valid for accounts with open dates in 2015, 2012, 2007, 2002, and 1997. I find that to be ridiculous seeing that I've received them in the past.
Chase used to send them to every cardholder annually on their anniversary. They stopped that a couple of years ago.
They say that they now send them on "milestone" anniversaries, which from your post would seem to indicate we can expect to receive them about every 5 years (21st, 16th, 11th, 6th and, oddly 3rd). Last year people reported receiving them for their 5th and 2nd anniversaries, and presumably they were also sent to those with 20th, 15th and 10th ones.
If this policy remains true, you can expect to receive some from Chase in 2 years (accounts opened in 2014).
Southwest still sends drink coupons after the competition of 10 one-way paid (not points) flights.

Thank you for that info. I had no idea. I just expected them every year b/c I was previously receiving them. It’s the least they could do 🙂 Although...I have been known to buy additional ones on eBay.

I just received my 5-year coupons this week.

@Zipfactory not in the app, log into your account on www.southwest.com. You may not even be able to do it on the mobile site, use the full desktop site.

Where is this mythical *Travel>OptIn* link on my iPhone app? Looked all over. Granted, it is 29MAR2019 as I write this... Longtime flier, first time poster.. TIA
I've only ever seen it while logged into the desktop version.
Try Twitter or Live Chat and see if they can help.

How do I get free drink coupons. I fly SWA 3-4 times a year and have NEVER been able to get a coupon. I read the forum and it says go to Travel then perks and they are not there. Please give me the current path.
