I earned points with this company and planned to use them. Without any kind of notice, Southwest voided my Rapid Rewards points and reset them to 0. This is highly unethical, especially for a company that recently had a technical problem that killed a passenger.

Did Southwest void your points or did you simply allow them to expire? If they truly voided your points, what reason have they given you?

Trying to draw a connection between losing your points and the tragic death of a passenger is disgusting.
