Hello!
My Chase account showed I had points "pending" and per message - it said that points would be added to my account balance after my next statement of Jan 03. Today is the 4th and nothing was posted. In fact, if I look at my southwest "points activity" it shows "Jan-3 Credit Cards points - 0". I would have expected those pending points - (which were about 20K) would have been applied.
Anyone know why this would be happening?
