I ve had my card for over a year and not received my points. I met the conditions to receive them in the first month. I ve contacted Southwest once just tried again maybr this time I'll get an answer.

Southwest isn't who you need to contact. Chase handles all that. Call the number on the back of the card and they will be able to help you.

Solution
If it's a personal card rather than a business card then it should show your Rapid Rewards number on the back of the credit card. If it does not have the number or if it has the wrong number then that is a good starting point for the conversation with Chase.
Points usually post to the Rapid Rewards account within a week or so of the credit card statement closing date.
