Hello can someone help me out with this? i have a south west credit card and have been using it but have yet to receive rapid rewards on my account, does anyone know when they usually deposit them?
My points post more or less consistently 2-3 days following my account closing date (not the due date). One exception is in December, during the year-end account maintenance, the points sometimes take up to 10 days.
