Hello SWA,
Hope all is well. I came across this forum and thought this would be a great place to start. As stated in the subject line, I have 3 current applications in the "In Process" status and would like any feedback from current employees at SWA or other applicants for these positions. I applied for the Desktop Support Specialist, Sr Service Desk Representative and the Technology Consultant position, which are all great positions for myself based off my background. My question is this, why have they all been in that current status for a month now. I am so eager go forward and don't want to miss any communication from the company, that I check this every day and it can be a little nerve wracking. I understand there are numerous internal and external candidates for these positions, but does it normally take this amount of time to make it past the first round of acceptance.
