I applied for jobs via South west careers that I met all of the minimum requirements for. some didn't even ask for requirements just preferences. (internships) and was rejected almost immediately from every last one. I follow up today with other students and they all said the same exact thing happened to them. I have always wanted to work for SWA and just wanted to know what I marked that made me ineligible for jobs that didn't even have requirements to begin with or any consideration. That way down the line I can hopefully secure an internship and or be able to help fellow students and mentees as well.
