Good Afternoon!
I am just curious, how often does Southwest hire work from home reservation agents? - I come with lots of experience from another carrier, but was told that they only hire about once a year and it's quick! Does anyone know if this is true and if so, when is that "magical" time frame? I left the industry during COVID and no longer live near a big airport, but miss the industry SO much! Please help!
