Good morning. I am diligently trying to change to a new career. I am currently a teacher and I am looking for something new. I have a lot of experience in education, project management, and training. I have applied to numerous positions with Southwest, spoken to a recruiter a few months ago, sat in on the online chats, and continue to run into the same end result....with a "no longer under consideration". Is there anything else I can do to improve my chances in this process?
Also, I am wondering if there is a "hiring season".
I would sincerely appreciate any an all help/suggestions.
