I was really disappointed to learn recently about the decision to eliminate all direct flights between Milwaukee and Minneapolis. In my opinion, it was FAR and AWAY the best option for travel between those two cities. The terminals SWA uses are infinitely more convenient for the traveler, in addition to the superior policies that Southwest employs when compared to you competitors.
However, the only thing even less convenient that flying out of D in MKE and Terminal 1 in MSP is needing to fly via another city to connect for such a short distance. Alas, I find myself now using Delta - and drowning my sorrows with other travelers I've spoken to with the same dilemma. PLEASE consider bringing that route back. (BRD would be nice to have again, but that's a far less logical ask on my part I know.
