Hi Lindsey, I've had a similar issue as several other folks have mentioned in that I've never yet to receive any drink coupons from Southwest. I've been traveling on the airline for almost two years and have built up quite a few points and flights, but when I contacted SWA about the drink coupons, they said they are mailed to me (so I'm on the right list for it), but I've never received them. I do receive other promotional materials from SWA, just never drink tickets. Could there be another issue or flaw in SWA systems? They show that I've been sent at least two sets of drink coupons in the past (I've never received). I'm sure I'm supposed to get another set shortly, but I'm concerned that I wont' get those either. Can I pick them up at the airport instead or can they be sent via registered mail?
