I used an airplane from LAX to SFO on October 7th. I could not finish my flight because my bag did not arrive after the flight. I reported it right there, and the receipt number is <SFOWN01698397>. I received an Incident Report by e-mail, but after five days I was updated with Incident Status: Closed I tried to call several times but I could not tell the condition of my bag. I uploaded a file to bagclaim that you would like to send but I do not know if you have received my file. I am losing my luggage now and I feel very sad and frustrated because I can not communicate with you. I need your help.
