On Oct,19 2017 I flew SWA flt 116 from Oakland to Las Vegas, I was greeted towards the rear of the cabin by your flight addendent Elena Terrazas #80828 who could not have been any nicer. She was polite, funny, and very professional about her work. If your are looking for a poster child to represent SWA Elena is your gal... So many times you hear about the negative side of a person, but in Ms Terrazas case it is nothing but positive Sincerely Ron Sharek
