Hello, I'm of Cuban descent and my family has traveled to Cuba only through charter planes. From their experience the Cuban government charges for a second check in bag, aside from the charter fees. Does this apply to Southwest flyers? I intend on checking in two bags, I want to ensure I will not incur any additional fees for these bags at the airport in Cuba. Regards,
