Thanks for the info, Kelby. My question is in a similar vein: Does Southwest have an employee referral program? Is there somewhere that SW employee Jane Doe can go to refer her friend, Susan Jones for employment? I presume that Jane's referral bonus is only paid out, should Susan Jones actually get hired (and, sometimes after a 90 day probation period.) Does Southwest have such a program? How does a current employee go about referring a friend for employment? Thanks for the clarification.
