what a classic case of peeing on my shoe and telling me its raining....This young lady may have been embarresd but she was not humiliated...it was her choice to go public with her embarresment will she sue the today show for censoring her as well? Yes to you all who think it is OK to show everything in public...Public Indecent exposure is regulated in America and it was not a SWA regulation..and to those of you that have chosen to make this blog a form of stating your political and biased rules based on national orgin..I am hoping that SWA will forward your comments to homeland security, as I find that much more perturbing. I agree with the person who states SWA will be a much more peaceful and enjoyable ride now that so many have volunteered to go elsewhere, Not to mention a much safer ride.

Hi Bill, you are my hero.......You have explained, You've interacted, you;ve been proactive and you have apologized again and again and again and nothing has worked....YOU ARE THE EXPERT.!!! No need to explain to those that can't seem to grasp reality, the great mission that you and 30 thousand plus SWA employees have commited to..Its, worked in the past, it's working now and it WILL work in the future...Some just don't get the passion involved with a 24 hour a day committment to an 8 hour expect....Keep in mind that you won't EVER be able to please them all....

Jill, what an interesting position you have. It is very obvious that you enjoy your job. I too work for SWA as a reservation agent, and I identify with your stories. On any given day I will speak with those grandmothers going to be with their daughter for the arrival of their first grandchild or the one traveling to Florida to be with their seven year old grandson in the hospital, because mom put him there...and he is not expected to live... or the business man or woman who can now go home early to be with their families, because their meeting ended early or having to stay longer. I speak with the Coaches from any given University, out recruiting or bewailing their loss, The Dr's from Planet Hospital or some other hospital traveling for business or pleasure., or the Mother or Father expecting their unaccomapined minor, or having to send them away.I speak with Secretaires booking flights for all their traveling staff, or a well earned vacation for her and her family. I speak with the Person, that is traveling to Dallas for an interview with SWA, yes I give them pointers ..and I speak with our own traveling Staff and those from other Airlines. Unlike you, I could not speak to a roomful, but one on one I can talk all day, and I do. Random, that is what it is all about, I laugh, I cry, I rejoice, I sympathize, I apoligize...so next time you call me if you hear a tear in my voice, it really is there, if you hear a smile in my voice, it really is there..Call me, I love to talk, I know you have a reason to travel, and I Thank You, for choosing SOUTHWEST...

wow...what a wonderful way to hear from our passengers...I'm wondering from our customers of size, if thet are familiar with our policy of refunding their money for the 2nd seat if there are empty seats on the plane? Also I'm wondering if passengers are aware that extra tall people also may be required and most often prefer to buy that extra seat for their comfort.
