Southwest Airlines Community

Question, I understand that Southwest is processing in order of when received but there are some of us who applied at the same time on Feb 5 but confirmation email from Southwest not received until 12 hours later. So do we go by what time we submitted the application ( in my case is was before noon on Feb 5) or the confirmation which was sent at 12:30am on the 6th?  This question has been raised on the Facebook group as we see some who got confirmation right away and then others whose got delayed by several hours.    Thank you you so much ! ... Question, I am on a page on Facebook and so many on this page are confused about how the application process is working.  1. Processed in order of receipt. Is that the time we physically submitted or the time we received the confirmation email? Some got confirmation right away and others waited 12 hours or more to get the confirmation?  2. A few are concerned as there are some that have started moving forward who applied around the same time or after others that have yet to progress.  I am very patient as I understand that this process can take time, especially due to the volume of applicants.  I am grateful for this blog and thank you for your help. ...
