Hello Jennie, Just touching bases with you to see if things went any further with your application? I've since then put in another for the same position, while the 1st one still says "submission received"! It's just crazy how you put up another posting and haven't even took care of the previous applicants. I hope everything went well with you, tho!!!

Hello community! April 10, 2018 I submitted a application for customer service agent. The status still says "received submission"! Then, as I was browsing through the job boards, I see that the same job is posted again. I filled out another application, and now I have 2 submissions on file. Now it's kinda disturbing, because I have 1 submitted since April that hasn't even been looked at yet before another was posted. What does that mean? Will they ever get to me?

I have not received the phone interview yet. My status still says submission received. I applied for SWA at midway airport on 4/10. Have not heard anything yet.

Hello SWA community!! I use to work for ATA airlines at Midway airport in Chicago. After filling out my profile info, and submitting my resume, I'm not sure about the exact dates I was employed there. Now that ATA is no longer available is there a way I can retrieve my start and end dates to make sure my application/background goes through smoothly? Thank you!!!
