I had my interview and thought it went well so did the recruiter! I was walked out and waited a few minutes and the recruiter returned telling me that the interview went quite well and I would be hearing back within five days, either email or phone if I got the job? So I feel that was just a nice way of saying "Sorry Charlie"! I will not give up on getting hired on with Southwest, I'm sure their are other positions that I can shine in! ... View more

 Check your dashboard daily. I checked it daily and a wek and a half late it changed to in review, I got a call to set up my phone interview! Be patient, we all are very anxious about joing the Southwest team! Good luck! ... View more
