Hello I also purchased 2 non refundable tickets months ago that I wanted to see if I could get a refund for. I canceled our vacation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary bc of my heightened fear of flying after the tragic accident on Southwest. I suffer from PTSD & anxiety and that just put it over the edge. My vacation is canceled & I just called the Customer Relations Department about a refund exception. The person said under no circumstances are refunds given on the tickets I bought. Very blunt, not helpful & a little bit rude
