I received an email from SWA Recruiting at 1:32 AM June 20th that they were hiring for a "customer representative" for San Antonio at the call center. at 10 AM when I go to check the careers site -- there is nothing there. 😞 States it is for a class in September. This is the department I would like to get in at - local and have experience. Any help on why its not posted? Thank you

Got an email today advertising that call centers were hiring -- Rushed home to apply (I know that these can sometimes be a first come first serve) And log on to the SWA website and San Antonio is not hiring? I see postings for Houston, Phoenix, OK City, and Chicago. Does anyone know about SA? Have really been wanting to get on board with the SA center for January. Thanks!

I got the same email this afternoon and almost broke into tears. To not even get to talk to someone to try to convey my skills and abilities. I was hurt. Onward and Upward and keep searching.

@KelbyTansey, Thank you. On my dashboard my application from 6/25/18 shows "received submission". However, there is an old one from 1/2016 that says "under review". Why would one from 2+ years ago still be under review? Yes, I had an awesome phone interview with a guy in PHX and had a F2F in SA that I thought went great - though I I never heard anything back from SWA. Thanks!

@nkingles - I feel your pain. I have a good friend who suffers from Celiacs disease and frankly was not familiar with it at all until we became friends. Going anywhere with her can be a nightmare - so to speak. There are only certain restaurants we can dine in. When she takes a cruise, they have to cater to her in one dining area and there has been functions that we attend, and she flat out cannot eat anything that is served. At least diabetics or peanut allergens can generally find something to eat somewhere - those with Celiac have a very difficult time.

WOW! This is actually kinda sad -- it is the end of an era. (So to speak) Since I have no upcoming flights planned in the next couple of weeks, guess I got my last bag for my lifetime. And geeee whiz, I have three excursions planned in August. I will always stay loyal to SWA. BTW, people know SWA for peanuts - I simply cannot believe there are that many people allergic 😞

I applied for a position at the call center in San Antonio, for a postiion that was posted (6/25). I went back today to login and check my "dashboard" and there is nothing there -- HELP. Thanks
