Sterling talent solutions told me my background check was completed July 31st. I did my f2f interview July 17th and did my drug test the next day. I just checked my dashboard and the part time ramp position in Phoenix, AZ isn't showing anymore. I got the contingent offer of employment letter the day of my f2f interview. Is it bad if the position is no longer on my dashboard? And when should I hear back from southwest about a training date and if I passed my background. (I don't have any criminal charges just a few speeding tickets)  ... View more

@Cmouton   Thank you so much! They said training will start at the end of 1st quarter or the beginning of the 2nd. So March or April of 2019! I'm so excited! I know that's like 5-6 months from now, but that gives me lots of time to prepare and study whatever I can find to learn. I really hope you go in there and kill it! Just remember, have fun. Enjoy the process and seriously just be yourself. They LUV you for you. It's a really big deal that you made it to the f2f. F2F Day was so much fun and the employees truly make Southwest what it is.
