Has anyone experienced trouble checking in on mobile and having to go exit out to southwest.com full site in order to check in? This happened another time this yr also. I feel I do not get a good boarding position because of the wasted time trying the app. I received my boarding pass in the app only after I checked in from full site of southwest.com. If I can't get an answer to this app issue, I'm not going to waste my time and space on phone using app.
