Most openings that have that requirement say "12 months from the day of your interview", I would take it to mean the furthest interview you got to in the process. So for you, your F2F interview. So 1 year from your actual interview date.

@cledenham From what I've seen in other posts, they're still going through the applications from the February application period, so it probably won't be until next year. Keep your eye on the careers page though!

So I applied for CSA in Phoenix. I did the F2F and immediately did the background check and fingerprints on 7/19. On 7/26 I got an email saying my employment screening was complete and I would be contacted by my recruiting coordinator shortly for next steps. I haven't been contacted yet. I reached out to my recruiter/interviewer last Wednesday (8/15) and she said she would have the coordinator reach out shortly. The coordinator still hasn't reached out... I'm getting nervous.
