I want to give a shout-out to Southwest Customer Service Agent Ed #35! I'm a patient at MDAnderson Cancer Center in Houston, and I travel there on Southwest every three weeks from my Milwaukee Home. Unexpectedly (and uncharacteristically), my doctors will finish with me early - and Ed saved the day by moving me to an earlier flight tonight at no extra charge. This isn't the first time Southwest has accommodated erratic treatment schedules that run long, get changed or act unpredictably in other ways. I can't say enough for your flexibility and understanding for those of us whose top priority is getting well. Thanks, Ed! Thanks Southwest! - Betsy B.
