I achieved my companion pass again for 2020 and they automatically sent me a companion card for the companion that I currently have. I would like to start this upcoming year with a different companion so I still have the ability to switch my companion 3 times. How do I go about this? Thanks

I’m in the same position but my hotel stay is on the 22nd. From other travel blogger sites I’ve read they seem to think southwest hotels post within a few days. The shopping portal says 6-8 weeks for posting which makes more sense that they wouldn’t post immediately. Good luck! I know it’s frustrating-I am so close and will be very disappointed if my 10,000 hotel points don’t post until after December 31st 🤞

I am extremely close to getting my companion pass. I ordered flowers for the 1000 points, staying at a hotel December 22 for 10,000 points and rented a car returning December 22 for 1200 points. I’m seeing mixed reviews here about hotel posting within a few days. Can someone with experience staying at a hotel that offers a lot of points after you check out tell me if it is most likely to post by the 31st. I’m so close but just can’t go spend $10,000 to reach 110,000 points. Thanks for your help!
