MDMama, the answer is simple... cheat like the thousands of Southwest fliers do everyday. Go online and get a comfort pet certificate... all you have to do is lie with a straight face... and you won’t even have to pay the $95 fee. This is not SWA fault so much... but their over accommodation policies do contribute. It’s time they step it up... it is infringing on the rights of honest customers. They need to take the lead... and we will be more than willing to help change the regulations... heck, I’d spend my own money to lobby Congress (manynof who are equally upset with the cheaters) to end the games!
