I tried to apply for an operation agent position in Little Rock, ARKANSAS. However, it says that only residents from the state of Louisiana are eligible to apply. Is this a mistake? Did they think Little Rock is in the state of Louisiana? Or do one really has to be from Louisiana to apply for a part time job in Arkansas?
