Great Morning, Everyone!! I’m new to the community. I submitted my application for the ELDP a few days ago. I have done extensive research on this role at SWA. I am beyond excited to join the team if selected. I think it’s amazing that SWA offers this type of program to individuals so that they can excel in every aspect and accomplish the requirements to become a great leader for their company. I’ve read some stories from people who have graduated from the program and they seem to LOVE IT! I’m ready for a career change and I believe this is a perfect start!!
