Has anyone received their bonus points based on spending from 8/1/20 to 10/31/20? If so, were the points posted what you were expecting? We use the cc for EVERYTHING and I was expecting ~9,500 bonus points, and it looks like I received 188. I registered for this offer from the SWA website. I spoke with a Chase representative this morning, and he said this was a SWA promotion and they have to answer all questions.

2019 is my first year in the RR Program, and I just received notification that I earned the CP for 2020! What happens to the 110,000 points I accumulated in 2019? Do I need to "redeem" them for the CP?
