That sounds odd that the boarding pass wouldn't have your drink ticket on it when you booked a BS ticket. I would reach out to Southwest directly on Twitter and hopefully they can look in to it. If you still have the mobile boarding pass I would double check that it says Business Select in case it says Anytime instead as there are only 15 BS spots per flight. -Blake
