We will be able to obtain a Covid-19 test prior to our 5 night stay in Cabo in order to meet the following. All passengers must submit a verification to the U.S. Government, through Southwest Airlines®, stating that the passenger is COVID-19 negative or has recently recovered from COVID-19. How are we to meet the following if we are staying 5 nights? In addition, each passenger must also bring evidence of the passenger's qualifying COVID-19 negative viral test result or recent recovery from COVID-19, which could be either (A) a physical or electronic documentation of a qualifying COVID-19 negative viral test* taken within 3 calendar days preceding the passenger's flight's departure to the U.S. OR (B) evidence of recent recovery from COVID-19. To show proper evidence that the passenger has successfully recovered from the COVID-19 virus, the passenger must include (1) a signed letter on letterhead from a licensed healthcare provider or public health official that the passenger has recovered from COVID-19 and is cleared for travel, and (2) physical or electronic documentation of a COVID-19 positive viral test result obtained within the 90 days preceding the passenger's flight to the United States.
