I totally agree!!!! People who may be getting defensive are the ones cutting. I have been flying SW for years and have always noticed how out of order the queue is. When I know I’m supposed to be in the first 3, but there are 6 people crowding the front... or I specifically ask those around me what position they are so I can get in the right spot, but they say a number 7 spot back... have some integrity in your lives people..
